About the Journal

ỌfỌ: Journal of Transatlantic Studies is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published twice a year. ỌfỌ accepts original contributions devoted to Transatlantic, African, African Diaspora, and related subjects. Its interdisciplinary approach offers readers a critical view of the socioeconomic, political, and cultural life of the Africans and their relationship with the African Diaspora and the Atlantic World. It emphasizes original research, fresh conceptualization, and new viewpoints on a variety of topics related to the history, literature, politics, philosophy, folklore, culture, and economy of African societies and the broader African Diaspora.
